Nova Visuals Get Nova

A Minecraft client for Java 1.21.11

Nova Visuals is a client for Minecraft: Java Edition. It is a Fabric mod plus a launcher that installs the game, Fabric, Sodium and Iris for you, so you sign in once and play.

What you get

Built on Fabric

Nova runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11. That means you can keep using your own Fabric mods next to it — add them in the launcher and it checks that they fit your game version, downloads missing dependencies and sets aside anything that would stop the game from starting.

Performance

Sodium is installed with the client and handles chunk rendering. Nova keeps its own work small: the heavy parts of the HUD are batched and the effects are measured frame by frame. More on the FPS page.

Fair play

Nova only changes what you see on your own screen. There are no cheats and nothing that plays for you. Server owners can switch off any module on their server, and those rules always apply. The minimap only shows players you can actually see.

Questions

Is Nova Visuals a Minecraft Java or Bedrock client?

Java Edition only. It runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11. It is not related to Bedrock texture packs with a similar name.

Does Nova work on servers?

Yes. It is client-side and only changes your own view. Some servers ban all client mods; their rules come first, and server owners can turn off any Nova module for their server.

Can I use my own mods with Nova?

Yes. Add Fabric mods in the launcher. It checks each mod, downloads missing dependencies from Modrinth and sets aside mods that would stop the game from starting.

Is it free?

The launcher and a starter set of modules are free. A plan licenses the designs the team creates — the look of the interface, cosmetics and effects — and adds cloud presets.

Try it

Download the launcher for Windows or macOS, sign in with your Microsoft account and press Play. A starter set of modules is free to use.
